This 1,650 m² office renovation involved a complete interior transformation. We demolished the old space and built everything new, meeting the 16-week (4 months) deadline.
Our client, Antiloopi, was supported by project management from Äyräväinen. While the project itself had no major complexities, we successfully managed waste sorting, achieving an impressive 90% recycling rate. The project was completed within budget.
This 1,700 m² office building renovation was completed on schedule and within the €478,000 budget. The project involved a complete overhaul of the interior spaces, aiming to modernize the office environment, improve functionality, and create a more efficient workspace.
Key improvements included new flooring, lighting, and optimized layouts to better support teamwork. A high-quality result was delivered to the client.
