The tenant improvement project at Martintalo involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of all surfaces. The old space had been built on a raised floor, which no longer met modern soundproofing requirements. The floors were opened, and new partition walls were built from the floor slab up to the ceiling. A T-grid ceiling, insulation, suspended ceiling, and textile tiles were added to achieve the required level of sound insulation. The kitchen/lounge area was fully renovated, and a stylish oak slat wall was installed as an accent feature. The work was completed on time and within budget.
